WBE/MBE Opportunities

Southwest Visions is looking for Baltimore City Certified WBE/MBE firms to assist with the renovation of 101 S. Arlington Street. This project will produce two affordable rental units. Addressing the crucial lack of affordable rental units for the physically disabled, Southwest Visions intends to re-hab the first floor unit, an awkwardly configured efficiency into a more functional handicap accessible one bedroom unit, complying with all current rrequirements of ANSI 117.1-1980, UFAS, and any Baltimore City modifications. It will also upgrade the functional layout of a three bedroom unit that has kitchen and bath deficiencies and inefficient circulation.
