Arbutus Marketplace is a shopping center located at 5203 East Drive in Arbutus. It a community staple with grocery, eateries and a popular Dollar General outlet. The Arbutus Marketplace development project is being undertaken by property owners Tide Realty Capital with input from the community and Southwest Visions.
