The Arbutus Memorial space at the heart of Arbutus on East Drive is slated for cosmetic and functional upgrades. Fixing the leaning retaining wall and updating the memorial became an early priority for Southwest Visions. Design concepts are in development. Read more.

June 2026: Old stairs have been deconstructed and new concrete steps have been installed. New metal railing has been installed. Leaning evergreen spruce has been removed. Design concept drawings to be posted on site early July.
