During 2024-2025 Southwest Visions worked with Impact Principals to conduct a comprehensive visioning exercise which included feedback forums and multiple listening sessions that culminated in a final report and Board retreat. The feedback given directly by the community has helped shape the next steps and future plans for Southwest Visions projects and partnerships.

State of Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and Baltimore County Department of Planning co-sponsored resources needed to conduct extensive collaboration across Southwest Baltimore County. Impact Principals delivered a final report for Southwest Visions to use as a guide for future investments, direct resources and project goals.

Goals:
- Promote economic development opportunities for Southwest Baltimore County by highlighting and leveraging existing regional assets and resources.
- Advocate for improvements to the regional transportation network to attract investment, improve livability, and support sustainable community and economic development.
- Enhance urban greening to improve safety, walkability, and neighborhood livability across the communities.
- Support emerging local organizations that will enhance and enrich our communities while building the capacity that is needed for the residents of the Southwest.
- Develop brand recognition and build community awareness through strategic marketing, social media and branding efforts.
