Commercial Revitalization Programs

The CRAG is a $10,000 award by Baltimore County for projects that benefit the overall Commercial Revitalization District (CRD). SWV has used funds for the following initiatives:

• Visit Southwest Baltimore County – visual media development, communication and outreach campaign
• Bicycle/scooter rack installation along the Arbutus CRD corridor
• East Drive speaker system
• Lansdowne flagpole
• Community art projects

Technical Assistance Grant

Technical Assistance Grant program through Maryland DHCD funded the year-long visioning and listening sessions that culminated in a Sustainability Plan for SWV. Through this processed community members throughout the Sustainable Community were invited to share concerns, needs, visions and more.
