Baltimore, Maryland — February 19, 2026 — Southwest Visions Foundation today announced the appointment of John “Jay” Dillow as Executive Director and Carolyn Anthon as Project Manager. These strategic hires reflect the organization’s continued commitment to expanding sustainable community initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and advancing project delivery throughout Southwest Baltimore County.
As Executive Director, Dillow will lead organizational strategy, fundraising, and program development, bringing extensive leadership experience in nonprofit management and community engagement. His role will focus on scaling impact, building collaborative networks, and guiding the foundation through its next phase of growth.
Anthon brings institutional knowledge in advancing non-profit initiatives. She joins as Project Manager, where she will support program execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational planning across multiple initiatives. Her work will help ensure projects move efficiently from planning through implementation while maintaining strong communication with partners and community members.
