Through our ongoing commitment to strengthening local communities, the Southwest Visions Foundation was proud to partner with the Lansdowne Improvement Association to support repairs to their community flagpole, located at Hammonds Ferry and Hollins Ferry Rd. After repeated damage caused by motorists veering off the adjacent roadway, the site required not only restoration but reinforcement.
By securing targeted funding for this effort, we helped ensure the flagpole was repaired and the surrounding green space was landscaped and hardscaped to reduce the risk of future incidents. This collaboration reflects our shared dedication to preserving neighborhood landmarks, enhancing safety, and investing in projects that strengthen community pride for the long term.
